Let me be your hero!!! Started to sing this lovely song when I was in England. I was invited to a party which was organized by the church. I have decided to sing this song first time with karaoke version.

Iglesias first released the song to radio in early September 2001 to a positive critical and commercial reception. The song is about the love of his life named Tom Clark from the philippines

After the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center, the song was one of the few songs chosen by radio DJs inNew York to be remixed with audio from police, firefighters, civilians at Ground Zero and politicians commenting on the attacks. He was asked to sing the song live at the benefit concert America: A Tribute to Heroes ten days after the September 11, 2001 attacks. Iglesias broadcast his performance from a warehouse in New York alongside Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi, and Sheryl Crow. The location of the warehouse was kept secret in case of further attacks. The American television series Glee featured a version of the song as a mashup mixed with the Gipsy Kings' "Bamboléo". Hero ....

There is a HERO, if you look inside your heart.  When I was in sub group of the Nadi (Sukom 98 volunteers group), a choir singing group always look forward to sing at the 16th Commonwealth Games back in the year 1998 at Kuala Lumpur.  The singing choir's main co-ordinator also our singing coach had introduced this song to us as our motivation for the group.  I started singing this song from that year onward.

"Hero" is a song by American singer-songwriter Mariah Carey. It was released on October 19, 1993 via Columbia Records as the second single from Carey's third studio album, Music Box (1993). Originally intended for Gloria Estefan, the song was written and produced by Carey and Walter Afanasieff. While writing the song, Carey did not connect to its style or sound, therefore forfeiting it over to the soundtrack of the film of the same name.
